Tropical Salsa

1 mango-peeled, seeded, & cubed
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Salsa will have a more vivid taste if refrigerated for a couple of hours before serving.
