• pickup orders – you give us your order, we fill it, you come into the store, pay for it and pick it up
• curbside pickup orders – you give us your order and your credit card information, we fill it.  You stay in your car, call us, and we bring it out to you.  No contact, no touch.
• delivery orders – you give us your order and your credit card information, we fill it and hand it off to our delivery person.  He will deliver to your residence, no contact, no touch.

Mert’s is proud to be able to deliver our quality products direct to your door.

Our delivery service charge is a flat rate – no extras for mileage or weight or number of bags – no minimum purchase amount – no maximum purchase amount – you just want four links of sausage? – you ordered a 45 pound meat bundle? that’s okay with us! Delivery charges cannot be discounted.  Call the store at 517-574-5014 to inquire about the particular address to which you want a delivery.

  • Mert’s will run payment for the order in the form of credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or EBT cards after it has been picked (most meats sold at Mert’s are random weight so at the time of the call, we do not know how much the total order will be); customers are required to provide account numbers of the card being used along with the rest of the information needed to run that card with our processor (like any other delivery service such as a pizza order when paid with a card). The amount of the sale will be on the receipt that will accompany the order. No card information will be kept on file – it will be shredded the same day.
  • The delivery driver will leave your order on the porch or outside an apartment door.  He will NOT have any contact with you.  He will wear a mask and gloves for no contact, no touch delivery service.  You will NOT sign for your order.  It will be your responsibility to check your order, once you take it into your residence, against the receipt.  The driver is not responsible for any mistakes made picking your order.  Call the store at 517-574-5014 if there is a problem and we will pull your order sheet and bring up your transaction on our end.

Many of our customers, at one time or another, have placed a special order with us – whether it be a steak, turkey burgers, a dozen sausage links, frozen femur bones, or a bag of tortilla chips – Mert’s staff does an extremely good job putting these orders together and handling the products with care. Now you can place your order with confidence that it will be what you want and delivered to you when you want it.  We guarantee that you will be pleased with this new service that Mert’s is providing you, our very special and valued customers.
